Agree in future

I agree because Generation Y is very professional in their duties they assume adult in the workplace is on their side. They were raised by parents and students who often acts more like a friend and mentor. So Gen Y has confidence unprecedented about the type of workplace they want do not accept their presence. Gen Y is different from previous generations of workers in the following ways: Gen Y uses modern tools and technology, including software that is easily accessible and free from the Internet; Gen Y is easy to maintain them-do list, and priority by syncing with a PDA and iPod; Gen Y is not a workaholic, and understand the relationship between a balanced life and productivity; Gen Y is more likely to love their job, because they change jobs more frequently, and remain in employment in accordance with the passion and talent; Gen Y has a thirst for continued learning and personal growth; Gen Y wants to have new experiences, try new things, and be creative; Gen Y does not stay in jobs they hate just to be comfortable and safe.
